How to pay?

US Programs for Accredited Schools and Soft Skills (USPASSS) processes all fee and subscription payments as well as donations through PayPal. You may use any form of payment accepted by PayPal, including direct bank payment, debit cards or credit cards. You can have, but are not required to have a PayPal account, to complete any transaction. Please consult with your card issuer ahead of time to see if they require you to pre-authorize your card for use on internet transactions.

As the payer, PayPal is always free to use in completing your transaction. USPASSS bears all of the processing fees.

Payment Options

To pay for a fixed fee(s) and/or subscription(s), please follow the steps in the relevant page on this Site and click on a specific PayPal button to pay us for the desired service.

When using our consultation services, USPASSS will e-mail you an invoice that will connect you to a PayPal website to complete the transaction. Please make sure to enter your Full Name and Email address on the PayPal site as this information is critical for PayPal and USPASSS to authenticate your payment.

Exception for large donation amount

For a donation amount that exceeds the limit of you credit card, the limit of PayPal Guest Checkout, to enhance your gift by minimizing third party processing costs, or for any donation that comes from a public or private institution, please contact USPASSS to arrange for a wire transfer or another donation method.

Please note that USPASSS is organized as a non-profit in the State of Texas and we are applying for 501(c)(3) status. If you want your donation to be tax deductible by US law, but would like to help talented students right now, you can send us a letter of Intention to Donate. We will then inform you once we have been granted the 501(c)(3) status by the IRS.
